Returns
Please Note: We Do Not Accept Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all items are sealed before sale and we cannot accept returns on any items that may have been opened or used. ALL sales are final.
We understand that scent preferences are subjective; however, we cannot issue refunds or accept returns based on personal fragrance preferences (e.g., “I didn’t like the scent,” or “It wasn’t what I expected”).
That said, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the items you received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right!
We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or need help choosing a scent, we’re always happy to assist.
To help you find your perfect scent, we highly recommend trying our 2 oz. bottles, which are a great way to explore different fragrances before committing to a larger size.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address; you will have two options.

Reship the order – You’ll be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost.

Cancel the order – We can issue a refund minus the original shipping fee once the package is returned to us in good condition.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — including apartment, suite, or unit numbers — to help avoid delays or returned shipments.

We’re a small team of just three, and we do our best to process & ship out within 1–5 business days of receiving your order.
Because our products are handcrafted in small-sized kettles, they can sell out quickly. If we’re making a fresh batch just for you, please allow an additional 4–6 days for us to pack and ship your order.

You’ll receive a confirmation email within one hour of placing your order, sent to the email address you used at checkout. *To receive an order confirmation email, you must enter your email at checkout.*

Shipping & Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking info to update.
Shipping & Delivery Details
We ship all orders using the carrier you selected at checkout to the address you entered at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you’re unable to locate it, please reach out to your chosen carrier (USPS or UPS) directly for assistance.

We charge live USPS/UPS rates for international shipping, as international delivery can be pricey.

Delivery time can range from 4 to 8 weeks. It is completely out of our control.

Customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
