All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. While most orders ship within 1–3 business days, please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods, product launches, or holidays.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders through USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are determined by USPS or UPS.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Lotion Company is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. If you cannot locate your package, we recommend:
